Last one, you just push it down (now fumbling under the cap), you can operate it with one hand, and unlike the first one you don't even need a solid surface for it.

I like the pop that number 2 makes, but the products I use all have a number 3 top. It makes a tiny pop, but it isn't nearly as satisfying.
