In my experience, the people who complain about childless people having it easy often had their kids from unplanned pregnancies. Like, they had kids by accident so they also believe you don’t have kids by accident. They really think having kids is something that was done to them, rather than a choice they made (unless, of course, that choice was taken from them.)

I had one child at 25 with a man who wanted to be a father.
Somehow this was wrong. How could I only have ONE? They need a sibling! I was only thinking about myself!
