In 2012 French Beekeepers could not solve the mystery of the blue and green colored honey in their beehives until they discovered that the bees were visiting a local M&M factory
In 2010, some beekeepers in Red Hook, Brooklyn (NY, USA) noticed their honey was bright red. Turned out that the bees were raiding a nearby maraschino cherry factory (link)
But the story takes an even weirder turn when said bees led to the discovery of an illegal pot farm located below the cherry factory (link). Later, the owner of the factory committed suicide.
