that’s a really cool idea and the story about them is something I think a lot of people can appreciate. They seem nice. There’s a dude that sits in front of MIT in Cambridge MA that has a sign that says “Free Listening”, he reads a book when there aren’t people talking to him. People like this like to help I think. Sometimes we need a disinterested party to hear our thoughts... it’s like a light version of therapy.

OMG! My SO used to go to the old barber shop for this. The benches always had old dudes hanging around. We had a post-war granny (a non-atomic ranch) house. “Hey, can anyone recommend someone to fix whatever old thing on our old house?” They always knew some company that had been in business forever, and had experience working on houseS old enough to have weird things. ALWAYS!
