Like if a woman spends enough time around a vaccinated person (say 28 days or so) she's going to encounter some menstrual-like cramping. The others are just things that anybody can report for any number of reasons.
I thought it was hyperbole like, "did you know that 100 percent of people who breathe oxygen will die at some point in their life?"
