It has a few unique tricks that may make buyers who are skittish about range or price think twice, too.

The company says the standard range battery should get around 230 miles of range, while the extended range battery should be good for 300 miles (though neither spec has been officially rated by the Environmental Protection Agency yet). »

“This may be one of the important products in decarbonization,” Tim Latimer, an energy-industry veteran, tweeted last week.

An electric F-150 opens up an enormous new market for EVs and signals that climate-friendly technology has reached the soybean fields and construction sites of middle America.

Even if Americans quadrupled their use of public transportation, most travel would happen by car or truck, whether electric or gas-powered. »

She criticized the Obama administration’s more permissive approach to approving loan forgiveness claims as allowing students to tap into “free money” from the government.
