Jerk or not, I appreciate this kinda stuff so much. 20 years doing electric work and I've left hundreds of notes, gifts, and Easter eggs for others to find.

How common is it to take your fridge with you when you sell house/move out of rental. I've moved 7 times, of which two were houses, and I've never moved a fridge.
