Reminds me of my Grandma who had hallucinations during her dementia. She had one of a flying piece of bread and she was describing it to me: “its a brown bread that has seeds and nuts” i said “it looks delicious!” she responded: “well, you cant see it.”

Reminds me of my grandma. Towards the end, my sister and I went to visit her.
She said, "Why did you come here?"
We told her how much we wanted to see her and spend time with her. And that we wanted to have a fun day.
Her response? "You shouldn't have come here then."
