I work in customer service and I was wondering how this would work since I’m the only one at my location. I’ve thought of 2 scenarios either 1. I am busy during those six hours. Since everyone else is working similar schedules coming in would be a lot easier for a lot of my customers. 2 . They hire another employee to work the times I’m off. Either way is a win for me and the customers.
Okay so this is from a year ago pre covid. I’ve done a quick google and a couple months later an article said she was “calling for it”. It doesn’t seem like its going anywhere..?
