Our site was on the side of a hill, overlooking a valley, and was by far our favorite site. Problem is, fires are a real problem in Northern California. The local high school mascot is literally the “Wildfire.”
We managed to dodge fog and smoke for what may have been the ONLY clear weekend that season. Super lucky.
