It's from the South China Morning Post, what did you expect? I saw a video of a man who had been folded over because of a bone issue, 40 minutes long and ads every 5 minutes.
Edit: I found it, it's apparently two 11 minutes videos. They seem to have dropped the ads somehow or I could be wrong.

I dunno if this works on pc, but you could warp to the last second, let it ends and replay, if it works ads will disappear

If you start the video, drag the bar all the way to the end, and click replay, you skip all that shit.
