People know that oftentimes you’re not supposed to crush it right? It has a special coating for things like extended release so your body doesn’t get all the medication at once
Pro-tip for anyone who struggles with swallowing pills:
Take a deep breath and hold.
Take a drink of water, and hold it in your mouth.
Then, tilt your head up and look at the ceiling.
Take the pill, drop it into your liquid filled mouth, and swallow it all together.
You won't even know the pill went down as you swallow.
It's how I learned to swallow pills without gagging or other issues.
Edit: Okay, so some of you have some really strong opinions on this. All I'm saying is that I have had no issue with any medications at all since this I started doing this. Tablets, capsules, gels, etc. all go down with the swallow.
