I used to live on a street where my next door "neighbors" were not only using our trash cans, but they spliced the electric cable, and occasionally ran a garden hose from our outside spigot to their "home". And yes the windows were boarded up, and it was condemned, and a trail of addicts, dealers, homeless individuals, and prostitutes used this ramshackle nest. I was piss poor at the time and got out of there as quick as I could.
