Riverfront Associates, owner of Riverfront Apartments, decided in 2004 to allow Parks to live there rent-free until her death.
He was also the owner of Detroit Red Wings, BlueLine food distribution and I think the Detroit tigers. Ilitch also did a lot for disabled veterans too. He made a lot of money, lived the American dream and gave back to people in need.
