I would love to see the definition of “full-time” changed to 4 days a week, 6 hours a day.

Anyone who has worked in an office (or really, anywhere) knows that at least 2 hours a day are unproductive. I say shorten the daily requirement to 6 hours max.

And of course, I’m all for the 4-day work week.

I would love to know what it’s like feeling human and not wanting to die all the time simply because I’m too tired to do anything that makes life worth living unless I perfectly manage my time (at all times).

I did this for a few years, it was great. At least the option for those who want it?

32hr weeks (machinist job, pretty medium level labor but not too crazy) were great. It was easy enough to put in the 5th day when needed too.

My wife's company do rotating week in office/week remote. Honestly, I hope they just keep doing it beyond covid because she really could do 90% of her job from home.
