When I was in Iraq, there was a group of guys on an observation post in the dark. This little ass puppy who could barely open his eyes came crawling up to one of them, then it pointed at a corner and started growling. The gunner covered the corner just as a group of insurgents came around with their weapons up. They named him Claymore and he was a good boy.
