I wish stores would stop playing music so loud. It’s hard enough to hear people through the new plastic barriers while they’re wearing masks even when it’s quiet. Throw on the usual store noises of customers and music, and I feel like a dick deciding between leaning in closer to hear or just hoping whatever they just said wasn’t important.
