Someone like that is probably even more aware of the workings of the facility from so many angles compared to her colleagues. She would truly understand her coworkers in different levels and what their jobs entail. She would know all about the supply chain in the hospital. She would know all the nooks and crannies of the place. And she probably knows way more people throughout the hospital than most.

Very proud of my wife as well. Cleaned the bank for two years. Hired as part time teller. Full time. Now she's a Financial Service Rep.
