The Bible does largely concur with this sentiment, as scriptures exist that condemn things typical of "mean Christians" ranging from dogmatism to the condemnation of others to misguided zeal.
There's also mention (in Romans 2:14) that Gentiles in ancient times may have been "without law" but often develop their own form of moral sensibility that aligns with God's standards and "are a law to themselves."
The "fruitage of God's spirit" are listed in Galatians 5:22-23 (NASV) as "love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law." These are not exclusive to adherents to one specific faith; anyone can practice them and gain approval and blessings from God, even if they do not personally believe in Him.
I live near this Church. They have signs like this all the time. I have seen pro-trans messages and the like. Drove past today and it says "Stop Asian Hate".

100% my *ex was a devout church goer/ read the bible every day- he constantly pushed it on me.
He said he had "found god" a few years previously to meeting me.
He missed out the crucial part where he "found God" while serving a long sentence for raping a young child....
