How are we ignoring the real question: how tf did she get the tiny ankles of her skinny jeans over those? Even with elastic in them I wouldn't expect it to be easy
The one on the right foot is a SCRAM device (https://www.scramsystems.com/monitoring/scram-continuous-alcohol-monitoring/) it monitors if any alcohol is present in her body by reading the skin and sweat, it transmits back to a bail bonds her reports it to the authorities, it has nothing to do with home monitoring. The one on the left is a home monitoring device. She is being monitored for two different things with those, my guess would be a recurring alcohol probation violation where she is on house arrest and ordered to not drink alcohol. Source: I work with a diverse population, this is common. The SCRAM bracelet on her right foot is noticeable because it’s much larger than a home monitoring device.

One is probably a location device and the other a alcohol tether. A friend of mine had to have the alcohol tether once.
