Shops in Japan are still selling 2020 merchandise. The only thing I saw discounted was food type stuffs which were about to expire.
The torch relay is currently going on, and many people wave flags and banners with Tokyo 2020 on it.

The branding for it hasn’t changed even though it’s taking place in 2021.
