Forget about the whole voting suppression here. How in hell , could it ever be illegal to give someone water ????? Who gets away with these kind of laws and how are they justified?
Edit: Thanks for all the comments 👍 If this was already the law, what did they just vote for then? They are definitely up to no good and when it's time to vote, you will then actually see what their plan was.There will be a specific demographic targeted.

Edit: looks like official rules are milk, water, hard candy. But for some reason people arent prevented from eating real food while filibustering
