72 hours is HUGE when you're stepping away from years. This is terrific and a great choice for you. Keep making that choice, even when it's an hour at a time - way to go!
Keep going!! I lost my brother 5 years ago to overdose, I wish he had been able to kick his addiction, he tried so hard 😞 good luck it’s so worth it you have people that love you!
