When I was starting to really push myself again, I kept saying "the workout I do is better than the one I don't." So it could be 5 or 10 minutes, but its better than nothing.

200 cals in one session is not even a small amount
About 1200-1500 calories are spent each day just keeping you alive, so an extra 12-15% is a pretty big jump. Good work!

i also struggle with this, i suspect it's another trick by my lazy brain to keep me from exercises if i haven't done everything 100% right
