For clarification, he’s referring to Falcon becoming CA in the comics. The kid in the photo isn’t him.

I am actually slightly worried on how they'll handle power scaling now for falcon. Steve Roger's was a superhuman, the villains he could fight one on one are much different that the ones Sam can take on.
