Found it at 5 Below. It is called a "Swirl Pen". It came in a pack of 20 pens. 10 of them were fruit scented and the other 10 were the swirly kind. I would say that about 1/3 did not work but it was worth it for the pens that did.

Did you know that those have existed since the late 90's? I totally had some.
Gelly Roll(?) made a pastel "rainbow" gel pen that changed colors as you wrote, but since they were the first gel pens ever, they weren't as cool as this. I could *maybe* find an example of something that I wrote with it. If you used black paper, you could kind of see the color changes.
