A woman who was caught on video coughing on and assaulting an Uber driver after he asked her to put on a mask has turned herself in to San Francisco Police, according to a statement posted to their website

Arna Kimiai, 24, is facing charges of battery of a transit employee, first-degree robbery, and conspiracy to commit a crime, as well as violating pandemic mandates.

“The behavior captured on video in this incident showed a callous disregard for the safety and wellbeing of an essential service worker in the midst of a deadly pandemic,” Tracy McCray, head of the San Francisco police department’s robbery detail, told VICE News on Friday.

The total charges against Kimiai carry a prison term of up to 20 years. The sole charge of battery of a transit employee comes with a possible one year in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. The first-degree robbery charge carries a potential prison term of 3 to 9 years. The conspiracy to commit a crime charge carries a potential one year prison term.

Another woman who was in the car Malaysia King, 24, turned herself in to Las Vegas Police last week on charges of assault with a caustic chemical, assault and battery, conspiracy and violation of health and safety code, KCBS Radio reported.

The driver, Subhakar Khadka is originally from Nepal. He’s been an Uber driver for three years. A GoFundMe has been set up for Khadka and has raised just over $97,000 as of this writing.
