They should've called in Clint to reason with Wanda in the Hex. He seems to be have been the only person besides Vision who really understood Wanda and cared about her in a father/older brother relationship.

Hawkeye isn't exactly a great example of how to handle grief. Clint went on a 5 year killing spree after he lost his family.
