Philadelphia is dead last because everyone is loaded after spending five hours in the parking lot drinking before the game even starts.

Atlanta - $32 per game spent - 2nd Boston - $33 per game spent - 17th
Boston would be much higher on the list if not for the price of beer at Fenway.
