So, without Tony, and Bruce, the science of the time travel trip can't happen (And arguably without Scott too, as it's his idea). So in it's place, we'd probably have a cobination of Strange and Wanda's magic allowing the team to time travel, you can throw in some lines about how Strange studied the time stone for a long time and that moving bodies through time isn't as harmful as moving time through bodies like he did to the apple in his film. Also potentially some nice set up for WandaVision here through some of Strange's reactions to Wanda's powerful magic.

Assuming this team formulates and executes the same plan to retieve the stones from the past, I think the real question is who gets chucked off the cliff on Vormir. Do any of these characters love each other the way Clint and Nat did? A friendship over decadeds across multiple missions? Maybe Bucky and Sam become better friends in the five year gap? Maybe Quill throws Groot? Thinking about it more, it would have to be Drax throwing Mantis. He says in GotG2 she reminds him of his daughter - imagine what he would feel to lose a friend like that, after already losing your wife and daughter to Thanos' minion. Plus, it lets him throw the bench in anger like Hulk did!

So, the reappearing snap. Done by Hulk in the actual film as he is the most physically durable and able to withstand the stones gamma radiation output. We've got no gamma monsters on this crew. Doing a few mental gymnastics, we might be able to get to a point where Strange and Wanda's magic can re-awaken the Celestial powers in Quill for a few seconds, long enough that he could take the force of all six stones. He survived one with help in GotG, so bumping him up to six stones while fully jacked up like at the end of GotG2 isn't too much of a stretch. You'd need to establish that you can't power Quill up to this level again, or people would wonder why he doesn't do the final snap as well Speaking of:

For the final snap, I guess it would have to be Spider-Man. His suit would interact with Thanos' Stark-made gauntlet the same way Tony's does in the actual film. Plus, imagine the scenes of a subsequent Far From Home-style film: the entire universe was saved by a god damn teenager from Queens who covered his faace. He never wanted the glory, he just wanted to help. You can pull a lot from Ultimate Comics' Death of Spider-Man and Into the Spider-verse for this too.

My question to this is...was Scott immune from being snapped because he was in the Quantum Realm?

The things Strange and Wanda would’ve done would be pretty interesting
