Venezuelan here, the funniest thing is that:
1) No one could pay that amount in cash, like, there's barely any bolivares in the country, most people either pay in USD or with a debit card.
2) That bill worths nothing anymore, you couldn't even afford one piece of candy with one of those.

It reminds me of this sad picture in history class, back in high school, where some kids are pushing a wheelbarrow full of Deutsche Marks to buy a loaf of bread (if I remember correctly).
