A seven-year-old girl has opened her own lemonade stand to fund her own brain surgeries.
Liza Scott from Homewood, Alabama, has been diagnosed with multiple cerebral malformations.
Without a number of surgeries, her outlook isn’t good.
To fund the surgeries, she opened a lemonade stand in front of the bakery her mother Elizabeth co-owns.
“If there is anyone who can take lemons and make it to the most amazing Lemonade ever, it is Liza,” a fundraising page, set up by Elizabeth, reads.

“From the start Liza has taken the lemons thrown her way and shown us all that adding a little zest to life is what making lemonade is all about.”
Liza, however, told local outlet WIAT that she’s scared she won’t survive her first round of surgeries.
“I hope I make it,” she said.
“My mum keeps saying I’m going to, but I feel like I’m not.”

Liza will undergo her first round of surgeries next month.
The fundraising page set an initial goal of raising $US75,000.
It’s since passed $US193,000, with no signs of slowing down.
