Does anyone else feel Alden Ehrenreich doesn't get enough credit for his job as Han Solo. Someone said it perfectly, "he did a great job being Han Solo and not trying to being Harrison Ford"

I loved this movie. It just sucks that between all the bad press over reshoots and it releasing right after infinity war and Deadpool that it tanked. Had it released at Christmas I think it would have done better.

I was kind of meh on Solo however there was one part I absolutely fell in love with. The battle of Mimban, the boots on the ground in the trenches look at the Imperial war machine is something I've found Star Wars to be severely lacking. If Rogue One's third act was akin to Space Vietnam (Apocalypse Now's helicopter assault comes to mind), the Solo was Space WWI in a visceral way. Honestly if Disney was willing to churn out more war stories in Star Wars, I would keep going back again and again.

It was very much a moment of "show not tell" when it came to the Empire's effect on the galaxy that I adored.

Paul Bettany was the best part of the movie.
