The key is to always have another excuse. Get creative, give your brain options until it finds something it can’t say no to. Just make it until...your sibling’s birthday, or that movie/video game comes out, or the end of the semester. Usually, by the time you reach that point, things will either be a bit easier or there will be another step you can aim for. At least this is what I do. You’ve got this!
