Oh this story gets better, some people are seeing $5,000+ bills despite (or even because) power was not delivered to their homes. Because price hikes, plus having to heat homes from literally freezing back to living temperatures.

With any luck, you’d be able to pay that bill off just in time for the next batch of bad weather...unless that happens sooner than 10 years.
