I saw a guy who used to bully me in HS at a running group a few weeks ago. i dead ass looked him in the eye and said nothing. Lotta shitty emotions and memories came rushing back
I used to hate my handwriting and then in the 7th grade a girl named Annie I had gone to school with for years but never spoke a word to told me she thought my handwriting looked like “a little fairy had written it” and I’ve loved it ever since
My late husband was a big jock BMOC in school. He was a huge teddy bear and stayed friends with everyone he ever met. At his memorial service a guy came up to me and said “I just want you to know that your husband was a very kind guy and I never forgot how he stood up to bullies for me in 8th grade and told them “he’s my friend and no one is mean to my friends.” This was about 40 years after it had happened and it meant so much to me that this guy had never forgotten that kindness. ❤️❤️
