Aung San Suu Kyi (leader of Myanmar) defended a genocidal military at the UN and rejected international intervention. They couped her ass and she is now under house arrest

Why they turned on her this time is unknown involves the military losing the election last year and don't want to leave. this is like the fourth or fifth time the military has taken power from her in 20 years.
