Cheering during these scenes in a room of like-minded people is why the movie experience is one of life’s greatest highlights. I can’t wait to go back to the theaters.

I’m gonna be honest, I’ve always been anti cheer or make noise, but seeing these moments was the first time I audibly made a noise in the theater. It was a great experience.

Same. The theater reaction during avengers endgame is something you would never forget

A few months before Endgame came out my wife and I moved thousands of miles away to a place where I didn't know anyone except my wife and sister in law. The weekend of endgame they had to be at a conference so I was pretty much alone. Although I said I'd see it with her the following weekend I didn't want to have to dodge a week of spoilers plus I like the opening night energy.

Endgame was the first MCU movie I saw alone and I have to say, I'm usually one to frown on cheering or clapping in a movie theater but when Cap caught Mjolnir the place exploded and I just kind of sank in to my seat with a huge smile on my face and it felt...good to be there after feeling kind of alone for a few months (outside my wife who is great, but like no other family or friends around). The other two moments got audible reactions too but Mjolnir was the biggest one.

I saw it the next weekend with my wife and sister in law and while those moments still had some reactions from the audience it wasn't like opening night.
