They have some cool stories about the place. They have met tons of celebrities and they always tell stories of Ray Ramono. I guess he and his family visited once, a year or so and always talked to my sister in law and mother in law.
He was really funny and would always bring them banana, splits with extra nuts.

Two James Bond movies have been filmed here. Spectre (2015) and Licence to Kill (1989). Both movies even featured the exact same elevator.
