If they go after DFV for this, SEC is really sick in the head. One of the few guys that actually did serious DD and stuck to his guns. He didn’t start a rally, we just followed the path.
I'd laugh if he said that the main reason GME caught his interest was because of the failure-to-delivers being so much relative to other shorted stocks. Forces the issue since it's on public record and all.
Who is going after him? Testifying for Congress isn't the same as a criminal investigation, he would likely just be there to give context to the events

The real criminal here is the magic 8 ball that DFV uses at the end of every stream. Clearly it can predict the future and is manipulating markets.
