I am one of identical twins. When we were kids, my brother and I were sometimes given identical clothing.
Back in'82, we both happened to be wearing long sleeved polo shirt type tops which were white with pale blue horizontal stripes.
We were brought to the front of the class to receive a round of applause from all the other children for wearing the Argentinian flag! As "The Brits" were at war with said country over the Falkland Islands at the time.
Our old primary school headmaster didn't much care for the English.
