Donation to Sick Kids in Toronto for video game equipment. Specific request that it be bought from GameStop, naturally.
I hope I never need to use what I just paid for. I also hope that it makes the lives of whoever does need to use it just a little bit easier.
EDIT: Some good points in comments that I could make this most beneficial by not requesting it be limited to children with cancer. You’re right, and I’ll correct this with the Sick-Kids donation team on Monday.
Also, some comments about how this money could’ve been put towards more GME shares. I didn’t sell any GME to fund this donation, and instead used my own cash.
