I am going to be honest I don't think Oliver Willis 'sees the problem'

I don't think the CNN headline was supposed to read like the CIA was unfairly labeling a poor women but was supposed to highlight that anyone can become radicalized.

I haven't read the article so maybe it is supposed to be interpreted the way Willis did but as for me I don't see it.
