The streets look just as much of a clusterfuck, too.
Been living in SoCal my entire life - still can't believe how horrible people's driving gets when it rains around here. And I'm not talking a downpour, just even the average drizzle.
I remember when I was younger, the first time realizing that you sometimes needed to buy new wipers. It was the middle of what could only be described as a torrential downpour. . .And one of my wipe blades just straight up dislodged itself as if it were saying, "nope fuck this, I'm out."

Same thing happens here in Phoenix. We have to use them so rarely that when we finally do the old ones are all cracked and dried out.
