Ngl, when I first watched the video of this guy, I though "what an idiot, letting the crowd right into the building!". Later I saw the videos explaining every step he took to control the crowd away from open spaces where people were hiding, and right into the space where his team had centralized. Gaining control and ultimately saving lives! A true hero indeed 👏

Would've been justified to use lethal force, instead he used training, his knowledge of the building and bravery to avoid further violence.
