This is fucking awful. I do have a question though. How did they not know she was pregnant? Being in a vegetated state she would have to be bathed and moved all the time to prevent bed sores. I understand lots of women don't really show during pregnancy but, surely her belly showed some sign of growth. Again though, I hope this fucker burns.
The used picture is apparently sourced to be of a woman that suffered a heart attack whilst pregnant. The woman was placed into a vegetative state after suffering severe brain damage and later gave birth to her daughter.
