Oh wow! Jim is a colleague and friend of mine. The first day of my new job, this total stranger came into my my office, gave me the warmest welcome and implored that if I had any questions I should not hesitate to ask. The next minute he gave me a "toolbox" for the job that would've taken months to create. We are in the same position. His primary agenda is the common good, not self promotion. He treats everybody this way. Bottom line, the world needs more Jim's.
