Experience has taught me that people while gaming tend to be more genuine. Hence why the best people you can meet will be online. I cannot count the many people I have met on servers that I have no idea who they are, but yet make my day very often.

I'm part of Scouts , and a few weeks back we decided to do an Among Us night with the youth. This was not only 4 different groups, but all sections. The kids started playing, and I was just watching.

Quickly, this group that ranged from 7 to 16, agreed on the rules (they were all in a call together as well) and then proceeded to have a blast for 2 hours. The older ones were very mindful of their language, the discussions were just amazing, and I was just hearing the laughs and cheers when they won or got caught.

We had plenty of events with all sections, but none so successful. Why? I think because once the game began, they were no longer kids and teens, they were all equal, all similar characters in a game. And it was so incredible to witness.
