I feel like this feeling is especially strong in these times. I know I am looking forward to being free from the virus, and having a little bit more freedom when restrictions are lifted. But at the same time, we can still find happiness where we are!
Fall in love with the process. Otherwise you only ever give yourself permission to be happy and satisfied in the future, for a moment, needing another goal immediately.
I am so fighting through this right now, coronavirus, political unrest, even winter (I’m in mn). I just keep thinking “okay, just gotta wait it out”, then I have to fight that concept, too.
