And as you can see. It made me smile 😁

Holy shit, those face gains. Congrats, any pointers to help me get off my ass and stop justifying covid as a reason I can't work out anymore?

Wow, this took off. I guess butts are reliable in that sense 🤷🏼‍♀️

For people asking, I took up cycling (outdoor and just bought a trainer and moved indoors) and started Prozac. I also cut out drinking but that was a while before the first photo.

I'm by no means a nutritional expert and still consume toxic amounts of Flamin' Hot cheetos. My diet hasn't really changed much, I just try not and eat huge portions.

Hope that answers some questions!

EDIT: More answers

I haven't really done a ton of glute exercises apart from just cycling/spinning (which I try to do for an hour, 6 days a week)

The first photo was Feb 2020 the second was today.

Since February I've lost about 60 pounds I think.

This is NOT my first attempt at a healthier lifestyle. I've tried and failed several times. And I still don't have it all figured out and am kind of figuring it out as I go.

I've always thought I was great, no matter how much I weighed.

I also really want to stress Prozac and getting my mental health in order. I tried a lot of other meds before landing on Prozac, but it's not for everyone. But having a grip on my anxiety has had an amazing domino effect on my life in loads of different ways.

I've lost some weight, but not my sense of humor, so come at me trolls.

Last edit for the night:

Thanks for all the love. I'll try to get through my messages later, but I've got some Doom Patrol and Letterkenny to burn though!
